To be held Nov 1 at River Run Park meeting room. Notices will be sent mid-October

New business

 Discussed QuickBooks online but need to stay with desktop due to batch invoice features

Will update to 2018 version

Will implement service provided lists for homeowners – no liability if we include statement we are not endorsing

Lloyd will get quote on liability insurance – was cancelled after Wilma

We should replace jet Trophy trees with palms

We will allow 9250 Ashley to attach fencing to our existing fencing – will cut down on drug offenders hiding behind sign
