• Real Estate "For Sale" signs may only be displayed inside your front window. No signs are allowed on the outside of your property.
• There is no approval process required to purchase a property in Franklin Farms.
• Your purchaser must be provided with a "Disclosure Summary" and all association documents at closing. 
• Your closing/title agent can order the estoppel at infinitycommunitymgmt.com.  Click on "buy documents".  
• The Board is required to maintain information on the owners of the property including a current mailing address if the owner does not live on the property. Please keep us informed of any changes to your contact information including mailing address, telephone numbers and e-mail address for ongoing electronic communication.

Property Rentals
The following details the expectations and corresponding next steps for property rentals in Franklin Farms. Please reach out to the management company with any questions or concerns at office@infinityflorida.net. 

• Real Estate "For Rent" signs may only be displayed inside your window. No signs are allowed on the outside of your property.
• Effective July 1, 2010 all owners wishing to rent their property must have approval of the Board and all renters must be approved prior to moving into the neighborhood. See documents for Renters Rules. Forms can be accessed from the forms page.
• The Board is required to maintain information on the owners of the property including a current mailing address if the owner does not live on the property.
