Special Board of Directors Meeting

Official Minutes

April 27, 2023 held Via Zoom

The meeting was called to order at 5:34 pm by President Kerri-Ann Nesbeth. 

Board Members present to constitute a quorum: Kerri-Ann Nesbeth, President; Lloyd Singh, Secretary; Karen Sanchez, Vice President.  Omena Wint, Treasurer and Olgine Brevil, Director joined the meeting at 5:40pm.     

Management present: Lynne Sansoucie, LCAM, CMCA, AMS.

Lynne Sansoucie updated the residents on the current procedure for violation enforcement.

It was mentioned that one of the residents had previously advised that the Association does not have the right to enforce maintenance of individual lots and would file a lawsuit against the Association if fines were levied. 

Lloyd Singh made a motion, seconded by Kerri-Ann Nesbeth, to move forward with the fining committee but review the documents for needed amendments.  The motion carried unanimously.

Orfelia Mayor volunteered to review the governing documents and make recommendations to the Association for amendments.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:35pm.
